We say ...
The healthy cooking and eating workshops are designed to find out what you need to incorporate healthier foods and ways to energise, create more passion, clarity and wellbeing.
Eating a healthier diet has helped skin problems, headaches & migraines, sinus congestion, IBS and bowel related problems, arthritis, rheumatism, muscle tension, general aches and pains, reduce stress, alleviate PMT, infertility, M.E., chronic fatigue, lethargy and other health problems.
Jule's workshops help to educate, inspire and empower you towards a healthier lifestyle, enabling you to address any health issues and focus on your needs.
Julie also features a CAN'T COOK, WON'T COOK aspect to all the workshops for those who do not like or want to cook or when you don't have the time to cook. You will be introduced to healthier foods that you can purchase from a supermarket or health shop that take around 5 - 10 mins or less to prepare.
