Too Busy to Do It?
Research (as if we need figures to tell us) confirms that we're having less bedroom romance now than we did in the 1950s! According to recent surverys, we only Do It 2-3 times a week if unmarried & an average of once a week when married.
Fear not! To save you the time, we've put together some top tips for loving on a time-budget...
Phone it
sx txtng yr lvr throughout the day may mean you fall through the door, a panting heap of pulsating desire. But remember that flirty texting only works if your abbreviations remain comprehensible throughout. Nothing kills the erotic mood like having to request clarification.
Shut up
Rather than 'broaching the subject' try some simple old fashioned eye contact - you'll know by looking at your partner whether he/she really wants it & if you can't keep a straight face, well, that cheeky grin of yours will probably do the trick anyway.
Location, location, location
You may not be lucky enough to live in the country with miles of private land for playtime, but that doesn't mean you have to stick to the bedroom. Remember when you did it in every room? Lighten up & let loose Busy Girl - a quickie on the kitchen table might just bring back some old memories.
Kids aren't gonna help
Happy parents mean happy kids which means you shouldn't feel the slightest bit guilty for stealing frequent 'Mummy Daddy alone' moments. Ship them off to Nanna & Grandpa & actually take some time alone - if you don't plan it, it won't happen.
Quality not Quantity
When you're having it as often as you like, it doesn't really matter if you have the odd dodgy encounter. But if you're only managing it once a week, make the most of it.
Don't drop everything
Although a surprise session can be fantastic, planning builds anticipation & anticipation builds arousal. If you have kids or you work long hours, you'll probably need to schedule in time for some bedroom frolics.
Reasons to make time
Still not convinced it's worth pencilling in a bedroom session? Research shows that regular romps can make you feel & look healthier. When you make love, your body releases substances in the brain that reduce stress & anxiety. It also stimulates growth hormones that reduce fatty tissue & increase lean muscle & burns off more than 100 calories per hour!
