Supermarket Revolution
Supermarkets were the last place I'd have thought of for buying homewares - who needs acrylic sheets & dodgy brown crockery?
Well, apparently I'm a bit out of touch, because it seems the rich, famous & stylish amongst us have joined the Supermarket revolution & are decking out their homes in Asda, Littlewoods & TK Maxx.
It makes sense of couse to us Busy Girls to shop for food & just about everything else in one place... who needs to traipse around town dodging into tens of shops, when we can fill our trollies with delicious items for our fridge & furnishings & be out in an hour?
So, if you fancy adding a few flourishing touches to your home, or have finally decided to replace those old tea stained mugs, you've come to the right place. To save you even more time, we thought we'd bring you our pick of the best out-of-town homeware buys around...

Best for Quirkiness
If you ever need a ceramic red rabbit for the patio, you'll be delighted we have found you one (thank Goodness for that, I hear you cry) George at Asda win the wierdness test hands down with their £6.00 rabbits. However, they do have a fabulous 1950's inspired Glamour homeware range that you might find a little more useful!
Of course all the out of town stores & supermarkets are now battling it out to become the best at, well, everything, so there's always going to be something worth chucking in the trolley.
Here's an overview of the the best of the rest...
Look out for Susie Gibson's 'Mode Retro' homeware range for Asda in August
Dunelm Mill's ornate candlesticks & bohemian tableware from 99p
Littlewood's Retro Push bins in Baby Blue & Pink from £35.00

The trick of course, Busy Girl, is to combine supermarket chic with designer decadence, to achieve true home high-fashion... mix a little Matalan with a spot of Mulberry & Jasper Conran might well be asking for your number...
