Busy Girls Guide to the Best Bronzers in town

Too Busy to get out into the sunshine? (when it's out, that is!) If your Busy schedule is making you a little peaky, head straight to the nearest bronzer bar & get a natural tan which makes you feel like a goddess even without the sun.

There's nothing worse than a cheap bronzer to give you a touch of Tango-power, so here's our quick guide to the best bronzers in town…

Chanel Silky Bronzing Powder
£21.50
'A slick, chic Chanel compact with a great colour but is quite subtle too so don't be afraid to load it on! The result is a sunny, natural & peachy glow & the slight shimmer makes it ideal for evenings, especially as it's also long-lasting. It would suit lighter skin tones more than dark as it;s good for adding definition & a subtle glow to the skin - not so great for boosting already tanned faces.'

Marks & Spencer Autograph Bronzing Powder
£12
'A fantastic, fold-up bronzer from M&S. The slim-lined packaging & inside mirror make it a delight to use. It comes in two shades & although the zig-zag line of gold dust isn't great, especially for daytime, it brushed off quite quickly. I was very impressed by this little dazzler & will be using it again.'

Revlon Bronzer with Popup Mirror
£7.49
'Quality bronzers that are not loaded with sparkle & shine are few & far between. This nifty little compact with pop out mirror has no glitter in it (hoorah!) but just the right amount of golden sheen to add a glow to your face. The only down side is it's too small to swirl a big bronzing brush into but it's a great product at a great price.'

Givenchy Logo Sunkissed Powder
£30
'This glamorous compact is undoubtedly Givenchy & gives a glam summertime sheen without any glitter. Don't be put off by the coloured logos, the effect is a just a sunkissed glossy glow. It is small & cute so will fit into the tiniest of makeup bags & the decent brush inside hides tidily away beneath the powder. '

Dior Bronze Essential Bronzing Powder
£24
'A very sumptuous compact in a faux velvet pouch – this product oozes quality. The powder is velvety to the touch with a slight glimmer & was not too orangey & not too brown - just warm & golden. There are four shades to choose from, excellent for different skin tones & one sweep was plenty enough. The pouch makes things a bit difficult for swift use but it's definitely worth it once it's out your handbag.'
