Busy Couples stick together
According to The Daily Mail, us Busy Girls have become 'Post-it note' partners as we only manage to speak to our men for 10 minutes during the day.
Scribbled messages on post-its, texts & e-mails have replaced face-to-face chat for up to 1 million women in Britain according to their research.
"Being so strapped for time is putting serious strains on relationships between couples who find little time to sit down & talk in a relaxed atmosphere" says Lucy, our resident Lifestyle Coach, "According to the latest research, up to 1 in 5 women admit they text their partners more than they talk to them & 11 per cent rely on Post-it stick-on notes to ask their men to empty the bin" she says.
Of course old technology is more popular than e-mails which are only used by 7%, this may be because e-mails are associated with work but also because post-its are still very easy to grab & stick!
Some Busy Girls are really finding that they're too busy juggling work & home life to devote much time to their partners.
